We ship everything via USPS or FedEx, depending on the product.  Our shipping costs are a flat-rate $5 per order (US) or $10 flat-rate for anywhere else in the world.  We like to keep it simple.

Refunds are only allowed if the product is unwashed, unused, and unworn.  Opened items that are not damaged by any manufacturing process or shipping problem, cannot be returned or refunded. Everything else, no problem.  To request a refund, please e-mail us at officialterrygoodkind@gmail.com before shipping back your product.
